Refund & Exchange Policy
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise We want you to absolutely love every Roaida Scents purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your fragrance, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Refunds (Store Credit): Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued in the form of store coupons/store credit. This credit can be applied seamlessly toward any future Roaida Scents purchase.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your fragrance for a different variant, please reach out to us at info@roaidascents.pk with your order number. Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day policy and must be unopened and unused. As soon as we receive and inspect your original item, your replacement will be promptly shipped.

- Follow the Guide: Our support team will respond quickly to guide you through the secure return process.
- Receive Your Credit/Item: Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected at our facility, we will either issue your store coupon or dispatch your new signature scent.
