At Roaida Scents, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and pleasant as our fragrances. We offer safe, simple, and flexible payment options for our customers across Pakistan. Please review our payment methods and policies below before placing your order.
Available Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Experience the convenience of paying in cash when your order is delivered right to your doorstep. (Note: COD is available in most areas across Pakistan, but may be restricted for exceptionally high-value orders or specific promotional items.)
- Mobile Wallets (JazzCash & Easypaisa) Enjoy quick and hassle-free payments using your JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts. You can pay directly using your mobile wallet balance or linked debit card.
- Direct Bank Transfer / IBFT You can transfer your payment directly into our official bank account. Once the transfer is complete, simply share your transaction screenshot or reference number with us via WhatsApp or email at info@roaidascents.pk for swift order confirmation. Orders are dispatched immediately upon payment verification.
- Debit / Credit Cards We accept all major Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Your transaction is processed through a secure, bank-grade online payment gateway.
Payment Security & Privacy Your security is our utmost priority. All online transactions are processed through highly secure and encrypted systems. Roaida Scents never stores your private card or wallet information, ensuring your data remains fully protected at all times.
Order Confirmation & Processing
- Once your payment is completed (or your COD order is verified), you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
- Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 24–48 working hours.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your exact location.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our facility.
- If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Please note that COD orders cannot be refunded in cash once delivered (kindly refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for store credit details).
